UiB is seeking a motivated and academically strong candidate for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, commencing August 1st or as agreed upon. The position is for a fixed-term period of four years.

The Department of Philosophy has about 70 full-time and part-time employees, including about 10 PhD and postdoctoral positions. The department offers teaching at the bachelor’s, master’s and PhD level in philosophy. In addition, it is responsible for running all the University of Bergen’s Examen philosophicum courses.
